Power of Eight Meditation
Experience a relaxing guided meditation with an intention to bring in calm, balance, and a sense of shared connection.
Join me for a Lynne McTaggart inspired Power of Eight experience. We will have two short guided meditations.
One meditation will be filled with gentle imagery and relaxation, as you will be guided to imagine grounding deeply, connecting with others, and radiating a peaceful light supporting both personal calm and collective wellbeing.
A second meditation will be inspired by a group member and led by Kristine.
