Kristine is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and Access Bars Practitioner in Kelowna, British Columbia, and has been offering her services since 2017.
An active member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, dedicated to healing: Body, Mind and Spirit, Kristine enjoys facilitating change within clients who are interested in healing aspects of their lives; processing fears and trauma; managing anxious feelings and thoughts; learning and applying positive coping mechanisms; reducing stress; managing chronic pain; promoting sleep; letting go of unwanted habits; and growing spiritually.
Kristine uses an integrated approach in helping her clients reach their hypnotic goals. This may include, but is not limited to, hypnosis, NLP, and neuroplasticity. She helps her clients tap into their unconscious abilities to discover motivation, focus on the positive, transform unhealthy habits or patterns, and remove limiting thoughts and belief systems so positive change can take place and they can move forward enjoying full and satisfying lives.
Outside of work Kristine enjoys time with her family and friends; and exploring nature while hiking, kayaking or paddle boarding.
Prior to becoming a certified clinical hypnotherapist Kristine worked with ionizing energy in the mining industry for more than twenty years. Over those years she trained many people, including workers as well as the public, with how to work safely around ionizing energy thereby minimizing their exposure. Empowering people was something she truly enjoyed.
Hypnotherapy gives Kristine an opportunity to continue her work with empowering people and helping individuals find balance in their lives physically, mentally and emotionally.
