Hypnosis for Anxiety Management

Hypnotherapy is beneficial in managing those anxious thoughts and feelings.

I use an integrated approach to help you reach your hypnotic goals. This may include, but is not limited to neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), anchoring, the use of metaphors, direct suggestion, neuroplasticity, energy work and hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a safe, natural and altered state of consciousness, where you aren’t quite awake and not fully asleep. Your physical body and conscious mind experience a relaxed state while your unconscious mind remains in a heightened state of suggestibility. In this space you are always in control, open to suggestion, positive resource states, i.e. linking an internal feeling with an external experience, and is a space where negative beliefs and unwanted programs can be updated, changed and overcome using the powers of your own mind.

Hypnosis also induces the relaxation response as muscles loosen, breathing deepens, heartbeat slows, and blood pressure drops. This relaxation response is the physiological opposite of stress, and is beneficial in neutralizing those unwanted thoughts or emotions you may be experiencing through those anxious thoughts or emotions.

As we work together I will teach you some wonderful techniques to address the emotional and mental aspects involved with those anxious thoughts and feelings. We will then use hypnotherapy for that anxiety to bring in some wonderful inner resources so we can neutralize triggers while reprogramming your responses.

Packages of 2, 3 and 5 sessions also include personalized custom audios, specifically using hypnosis for overcoming anxiety, as you continue your healing between sessions. Additional audios are available for purchase and I often share resources with my clients for continued healing.

Have your session for the comfort of your own home. You can expect to spend up to 90 minutes in your initial session and 60 minutes in subsequent sessions. We will discuss how things are showing up, your goals and what you may experience under hypnosis.
