Self-help tools and techniques may be offered to incorporate into your daily self-care practice.

Hello Kristine,
The time that we have spent together has absolutely changed my outlook on things, the peace that I’m able to access in difficult times, the wonderful thoughts that I am able to manifest when the bad stuff is getting heavy is a gift I really had no idea this was possible for me.

I look forward to getting the things I need done for my health and for the first time in my life I have a plan that is achievable. Having the inner strength to learn about myself is a gift that is priceless for me.
So again, thank you.

I use an integrated approach to help my clients reach their hypnotic goals. This may include, but is not limited to Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), anchoring, the use of metaphors, direct suggestion, neuroplasticity, energy work as well as hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy may be beneficial in managing symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Hypnosis is a safe, natural and altered state of consciousness, where you aren’t quite awake and not fully asleep. Your physical body and conscious mind experience a relaxed state while your unconscious mind remains in a heightened state of suggestibility. In this space you are open to suggestion, positive resource states, i.e. linking an internal feeling with an external experience, and is a space where negative beliefs and unwanted programs can be updated, changed and overcome using the powers of your own mind.

Hypnosis also induces the relaxation response as muscles loosen, breathing deepens, heartbeat slows, and blood pressure drops. This relaxation response is the physiological opposite of stress, and is beneficial in neutralizing those unwanted thoughts or emotions you may be experiencing through PTSD.

Kristine!!!! I only needed 2/3 the amount of sedation today. My pulse and BP remained steady throughout. So to test the hypnotherapy, they let me come out of sedation a little early. I was fully awake the last 15 minutes of dental work and I was FINE!!!! They were all amazed given our last appointments and my history. They all wanted your contact info so I passed it on to the hospital dentistry team.
So much smiling!!!
